Personal account - what is it for and what opportunities does it provide?
All reports you've purchased are stored in your Personal Account. To access it, you need to Register on our service.
After registration, you will have access to the following sections:
1. All reports you've paid for. You can sort them, mark the most important ones as Favorites, move outdated ones to Archive, or delete them.
2. Order history, including transaction information and receipts.
3. Payments and Cards, where you can add or edit payment details and top up your balance.
4. Notifications, where you can stay updated with service announcements.
5. Personal Data. Your private information. In this section, you can delete your account if needed.
Favorites Reports and Archive - Why is it Convenient?
Having a large number of purchased reports, the relevant ones are likely to get lost in the list of less important ones. But this problem will no longer bother you. Check the important reports and in the dropdown menu of the header, select 'Mark as Favorites'.
You can keep the currently irrelevant reports in the Archive instead of deleting them. This method allows you to restore and update them at any time within 6 months from the date of archiving. After this period, reports will be automatically deleted, but storage can be extended.
How long are reports stored in the personal account?
Reports in your Personal Account are stored indefinitely.
How to Top Up Balance?
To top up your balance, go to your Personal Account and navigate to the Payments and Cards page. If you haven't entered the details of your current card, you need to add this information. Then click the 'Top Up Balance' button and follow the service prompts.

Notes in reports, why are they needed?
Now you can leave your own notes inside each report. To do this, you need to enter the report and at the top left in the 'Note to the Report' field, simply start entering the necessary information. Click 'Done' to save the note. At any time, you can view it by clicking the downward arrow and edit it using the pencil icon in the upper right corner. Your online mini notepad within the report - no need for external services anymore.
The report does not come, what should I do?
If you encounter technical issues and after payment, the report hasn't been received for more than 1 hour, please contact our technical support by clicking 'Feedback'.
Provide the following details:
1. Last name and First name
2. Email (current and active for response)
3. Report order time
4. VIN code for which the order was made
